Registration Information
This year's annual convention will take place in San Antonio at UIW-School of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition, physicians can choose to attend virtually. Full registration for ALL participants, regardless of registration type includes on-demand access to the session recordings for 30 days following the convention.

What's Included in each Registration Type
In-Person and Virtual registration includes:
- Full access to all educational sessions, both in-person and on-demand
- On-demand access to educational sessions, valid July 23, 2023
- Exhibit Hall access
- Opportunity to earn up to 21 CME credit hours, including ethics, human trafficking and opioid credits
- Special networking events with fellow colleagues
- Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment Breaks and Evening functions provided
Virtual registration includes:
- VIRTUAL participation opportunities for all live stream educational sessions and the Exhibit Hall
- On Demand access to educational sessions, valid through July 23, 2023
- Opportunity to earn up to 21 CME credit hours, including ethics, human trafficking and opioid credits
- Special networking opportunities with VIRTUAL attendees, speakers and exhibitors
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by May 24 will be accepted. A $75 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrations who do not attend the convention or who cancel after June 1 are responsible for the entire registration fee. Please send written cancellation notifications to [email protected].
In-person registrations may be converted to virtual, however written notification must be received by May 24.
